I'm James Sullivan, founder of T&M CFO. I built this practice because I kept seeing the same thing — great businesses running without the financial foundation they needed to grow with confidence.

My background spans Big 4 accounting, SaaS, and corporate finance across organizations of all sizes. But the work that's meant the most to me has been with small and mid-sized business owners — people who've built something real and are ready to run it with the same intention they put into building it.
